| Chef de Partie You will have experience and be able to run this section on your own but you will work other sections when necessary. Your working week will consist of split and straight shifts including weekends at approximately 45 hours per week with 2 days off. As well as a competitive salary you will earn gratuities and 24 days holiday per annum. |
