POSITION: Chef De Partie
ROLE/REQUIREMENTS: We’re looking for an ambitious and committed Chef de Partie with a passion for good food who is ready to develop their career in an award winning Pub Group. Everything is prepared in house using fresh ingredients using local suppliers wherever possible. Our Chef de Partie will help set the highest standards of food quality and consistency. This is a very busy working environment, and as well as having high standards and demonstrating good attention to detail, you’ll be part of a team who helps influence effective kitchen controls to achieve good gross profit and stock control as well as driving excellent standards of health and hygiene.
