POSITION: Sous Chef
ROLE/REQUIREMENTS: The Farm @ Friday Street is a successful part of the award winning Whiting and Hammond family pub group. Everything is prepared on site using the best ingredients, local where possible using carefully sourced suppliers. We need a Sous Chef with excellent cooking skills, ambition and flair who wants to reach the top of their profession. You will be a great team player with good organisational skills and the ability to thrive is a very busy award winning pub where our reputation for consistently preparing cooking and presenting our dishes to the right quality is second to none . Your will assist and deputise for the Head chef in developing the best team, driving good gross profits, hygiene standards, stock rotation and ordering.
